Shipping
The standard delivery time is 14 working days. Need your order sooner? Choose express delivery: 3-4 working days.
Free shipping in the Netherlands and Belgium from €500. Below €500 you pay €6.95 shipping costs.
Yes, we deliver throughout Europe. Shipping costs and delivery time depend on the country. Contact us for more information.
Products
Yes, all our piñatas are handmade in our workshop in the Netherlands. Each piñata is unique and carefully finished.
Absolutely! We make piñatas in any shape, colour or theme you want. Request a quote via our quote page and we will contact you within 24 hours.
Dimensions vary per product. You can find the exact dimensions on each piñata's product page.
Returns
Standard products can be returned within 14 days. Please note: custom piñatas (made to order) are excluded from returns.
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Make sure the product is undamaged and in its original packaging.
